Job Summary:
Job Duties and Scopes:
- Conduct assessments of processes, systems, and workflows for improvements.
- Perform Root Cause Analyses and document findings.
- Design and implement streamlined, standardized, and automated processes.
- Oversee project execution, coordinate cross-functional efforts, and track metrics.
- Research and adopt industry best practices to enhance productivity.
Required Skills:
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, data cleansing, etc.).
- Strong business judgment and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills and project management proficiency.
Required Experiences:
- 5+ years of program or project management experience.
- 2+ years of experience driving process improvements.
- Master’s degree or MBA in a relevant field, Lean Six-Sigma Green Belt, and Scrum Master certification.
