Job Summary:
1. Job Duties and Scopes:
- Spearhead innovation in Employee Experience products using digital analytics and Voice of Employee (VoE) data.
- Collaborate with engineers and designers to deliver core features.
- Engage with customers and stakeholders to drive product improvements.
- Produce product specifications and release employee experience features.
