Job Summary:

1. Job Duties and Scopes
- Manage diverse teams and cross-functional stakeholders in an agile environment.
- Identify, communicate, and mitigate program risks.
- Facilitate daily scrums, meetings, and document outcomes.
- Oversee project schedules, performance metrics, and milestones.
- Develop and present project briefings, status reports, and maintain data repositories.

2. Required Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Competence in Microsoft Suite.
- Attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to support team efforts.

3. Required Experiences
- Bachelor's degree with 2-5 years of relevant experience or equivalent.
- Experience as a Project Manager or Scrum Master on an Agile team.
- Familiarity with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Experience managing diverse IT projects.
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
