Job Duties and Scopes:
- Manage collaborative and automation platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Dynamics 365 CRM).
- Develop program roadmaps, manage operational tasks, and oversee platform governance.
- Coordinate team tasks, enhance user adoption, and implement technological improvements.
- Provide updates to leadership, manage vendor resources, and oversee application performance.

Required Experiences:
