Job Summary:
Job Duties and Scopes
- Deliver competitive unit cost data solutions and insights for negotiations.
- Collaborate with matrix partners to define opportunities and develop predictive analytics.
- Analyze and clean data, communicate findings and insights clearly.
- Maintain relationships with IT and analytics partners and support long-term strategy.
Required Skills
- Strong coding abilities in SQL and SAS for data extraction and analysis.
- Proficient in Excel; familiarity with Python and BI tools preferred.
- Excellent analytical, project management, communication, and customer service skills.
Required Experiences
- 5+ years analyzing qualitative and quantitative provider data.
- 5+ years using relational database concepts (MS Access, SQL).
- Experience with health insurance data and understanding of contracting and reimbursement methodologies.
- Proven ability to work in a matrixed organization, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
