Job Summary:
Job Duties and Scopes:
- Manage a team of Analysts providing 24x7 customer support.
- Troubleshoot advanced application issues and coordinate resolutions.
- Analyze clinical needs and create system specifications and workflow documentation.
- Participate in go-lives and maintain application profiles.
Required Skills:
- Epic certification in Inpatient Procedure Orders.
- Strong IT troubleshooting and issue resolution abilities.
- Knowledge of clinical workflows, particularly in pulmonary and neurology.
Required Experiences:
- Experience managing IT teams in a healthcare environment.
- Experience supporting physician and nursing leadership.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
