Job Summary:
Job Duties and Scopes:
- Establish connectivity blueprints for data flows between LS systems and UPTIMIZE.
- Make strategic decisions about platform selection and implement custom environments.
- Provide governance and developer experience support for data teams.
- Contribute to federated engineering practices and upskill team members.
- Build user-facing platform tooling and ensure day-to-day operations.
Required Skills:
- Expertise in software development and modern practices (CI/CD, containerization).
- Strong knowledge of cloud computing, particularly AWS.
- Mastery of connectivity concepts and data lakes (APIs, object stores).
- Ability to motivate and influence cross-functional teams.
Required Experiences:
- Minimum of 7 years in cloud, data, or AI platforms, especially with AWS.
- Experience in software development organizations and delivering AI solutions.
- Familiarity with operating complex data platforms (e.g., Palantir, Snowflake).
- Proven experience in a global matrix environment with senior stakeholder influence.
