Job Summary:
1. Job Duties and Scope:
- Collaborate with brand stakeholders to enhance omnichannel strategies.
- Analyze promotional effectiveness and develop predictive models.
- Provide actionable insights and reporting on omnichannel engagements.
- Integrate and consolidate promotional data across channels.
- Develop KPIs to measure omnichannel initiative effectiveness.
2. Required Skills:
- Strong proficiency in coding (SQL, R, Python).
- Expertise in machine learning and statistical analysis.
- Knowledge of omnichannel concepts and data visualization tools.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
3. Required Experiences:
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Data Science or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of analytics/data science experience.
- Experience with Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
- Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.
