Job Summary:
Job Duties and Scopes:
- Formulate prototypes and understand ingredient functionality.
- Support pilot plant production runs and shelf life studies.
- Execute experiments, maintain documentation, and assist in reporting.
- Operate processing/packaging equipment and collect data.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of GMP / GLP standards.
- Basic computer and software proficiency.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
Required Experiences:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or related field.
- Previous product development experience is a plus.
- Ability to operate forklifts and adhere to safety protocols.
