Job Summary:
1. Job Duties and Scope:
- Manage Highway and Roadway projects with a focus on compliance and contract negotiation.
- Supervise project teams, mentor project managers, and conduct training workshops.
- Oversee financial management, quality assurance, and communication with clients and regulatory agencies.
2. Required Skills:
- Strong project financial management and team management skills.
- Excellent technical and interpersonal skills.
- Highway/roadway design experience.
3. Required Experience:
- 10 years of engineering experience, with at least 4 years as a project manager.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (graduate degree preferred).
- Professional Engineer's License in Alabama (or ability to obtain within one year).
