Job Summary:

Job Duties and Scopes:
- Assist in development lab processes and support product development.
- Prepare samples for sensory evaluations and pilot trials.
- Manage shelf life stability studies for liquid products.
- Conduct and document physical analyses and flavor evaluations.
- Maintain laboratory cleanliness and safety.
- Arrange shipment of samples and comply with quality management systems.

Required Skills:
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency in laboratory record maintenance.
- Ability to conduct product evaluations and physical analyses.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Understanding of quality management systems.

Required Experiences:
- Bachelor of Science degree in a relevant field (Food Science, Biology, Chemistry).
- Relevant laboratory experience preferred, but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with food science and sensory evaluation is preferred.
