Job Summary:
Job Duties
- Deliver post-sales support and solutions to Oracle customers.
- Resolve non-technical and technical inquiries via phone and electronic means.
- Facilitate customer relationships and provide advice on escalated issues.
- Act as the technical interface for problem resolution related to Oracle products.
Required Skills
- In-depth knowledge of cloud computing and networking.
- Experience with public cloud platforms (OCI, AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Good written and verbal English communication skills.
Required Experiences
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or relevant work experience.
- 6+ years of experience in an infrastructure or cloud-related field.
- Prior experience in a technical support role.
