Job Summary:
Job Duties and Scopes:

- Maintain safety standards and manage project budgets.

- Maintain client relationships and manage the project closeout process.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ProCore, Adobe, and BlueBeam.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Knowledge of market conditions and pricing conventions.
Required Experiences:
- 5+ years in commercial construction with a general contractor.
- Prior project management experience handling multiple projects.
- Educational background in construction, engineering, or business (preferred).
