Job Summary:
Job Duties and Scopes:
- Develop and maintain financial reporting tools for divisional teams.
- Manage a team of analysts and lead company-wide financial analyses.
- Provide monthly P&L analysis and management reporting.
- Conduct ad hoc analyses and reporting projects.
- Collaborate with IT, Finance, and accounting teams.
Required Skills:
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency with business intelligence tools (Power BI, QlikSense).
- SQL query writing for data extraction and analysis.
- Data integrity auditing and documentation skills.
Required Experiences:
- 12+ years in Accounting and Financial Analytics.
- Experience with data modeling and/or data warehouses.
- Hands-on experience in financial analysis and reporting tools.
- Familiarity with insurance broker agency systems is a plus.
