Job Summary:
Job Duties and Scopes:
- Lead HR Technology projects, defining scope and building project plans.
- Manage resources and communication with stakeholders.
- Oversee project finances, risks, and delivery of software projects.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and maintain relationships with vendors.
Required Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Visio and MS Project.
- Strong program and project management competencies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Required Experiences:
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- 3+ years managing critical enterprise HR/Technology projects.
- Preferred certifications: Project Management Professional, Scrum Master/Product Owner.
