Job Summary:

Job Duties and Scopes:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans for the Midwest region.
- Cultivate customer relationships and prospect new opportunities.
- Manage existing customer potentials and develop channel/distributor networks.
- Represent DENSO at marketing venues; perform sales planning and forecasting.
- Manage leads and opportunities using Salesforce CRM; create KPI reports.

Required Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Project management and analytical problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office, sales CRM (e.g., Salesforce), and basic robotic programming.
- Customer-centric approach and excellent organizational skills.

Required Experience:
- 5-8 years of sales experience, preferably in Robotics or Automation.
- Understanding of the robotics industry landscape and market dynamics.
- Proven track record of success in sales roles.
