Job Summary:
Job Duties and Scopes:
- Lead port and intermodal rail terminal infrastructure projects.
- Serve as project manager for multidisciplinary maritime planning projects.
- Provide technical oversight on analyses, feasibility studies, and consulting.
- Develop client base and identify business development opportunities.
- Mentor staff and collaborate with various professionals on projects.
Required Skills:
- Proficient in marine, port, and coastal engineering principles.
- Strong knowledge of relevant construction laws, codes, and compliance.
- Effective in preparing complex technical documents and deliverables.
- Ability to coordinate subcontractors and uphold workplace safety.
- Flexible to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Required Experiences:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Planning, Engineering, economics, or related field.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in engineering and marine design.
- Proven track record in managing complex engineering projects.
- Experience in business development and client relationship management.
