Job Summary:
Job Duties:
- Collect and compile HR metrics and data.
- Analyze data for trends in talent acquisition and hiring practices.
- Prepare reports and present findings.
- Identify opportunities for data integrity and reporting improvements.
- Review and analyze Talent Acquisition processes for efficiencies.
- Improve onboarding experience using metrics.

Required Experiences:
