Job Summary:
1. Job Duties and Scopes:
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks across the organization.
- Partner with R&D senior leaders to integrate risk management into business performance.
- Facilitate management review and reporting, promoting data-driven decision-making.
- Support implementation of a streamlined RM process aligned with GSK Quality Management System.
- Collaborate on quality and compliance linking risk, issues, and CAPAs.
2. Required Skills:
- Risk management expertise in pharmaceutical or finance sectors.
- Proficiency in risk management tools and methodologies.
- Familiarity with regulatory guidelines (ICH, FDA).
- Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder influence skills.
3. Required Experiences:
- Experience in R&D quality and risk management (x years).
- Background in implementing Internal Control Framework (ICF).
- Proven track record of managing multiple complex projects in a matrix environment.
- Understanding of financial markets or business operations.
