Job Summary:
Job Duties and Scopes
- Lead and oversee all phases of site civil engineering projects.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Conduct site assessments, feasibility studies, and risk assessments.
- Develop and monitor project schedules and budgets.
- Manage project documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Communicate project updates to clients and stakeholders.
- Implement quality control processes and develop mitigation strategies.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering (Master's preferred).
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
- Strong site design and project management skills.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, HydroCAD; GIS knowledge is a plus.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Required Experiences
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in civil engineering.
- Previous experience in contracts, business development, design, and QA/QC.
- Familiarity with local & state permitting requirements.
