Job Summary:
Job Duties and Scope:
- Promote People Analytics strategy through data insights.
- Collaborate with HR and cross-functional partners for business analyses.
- Generate insights for organizational and functional actions.
- Develop and deliver analytics outputs and reporting.
- Automate analytics processes for efficiency.
- Assist in training and fostering a data-driven culture.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in HRIS, preferably Workday.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, V Lookups, Pivot Tables).
- Experience with Tableau and data visualization.
- Strategic problem-solving abilities.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
Required Experience:
- 3+ years of analytics experience, preferably in HR.
- 2+ years using Tableau for dashboard creation.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
