Job Summary:
Job Duties and Scopes
- Develop and implement global strategies for the AE & Aerie brands internationally.
- Serve as the key contact for international partners on creative reviews and local initiatives.
- Analyze campaign performance against KPIs and produce weekly/monthly reports.
- Build partnerships with cross-functional teams and monitor regional business performance.
- Support the development of international ecommerce customer journey and site optimization.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of developing brand strategies leveraging consumer insights and market trends.
- Experience in performance marketing and digital/social campaigns.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Google Docs, Tableau, and/or Dashboard Technology.
Required Experiences
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in brand marketing; 2 years in developing marketing strategies and working with international markets (EMEA, APAC).
