Job Summary:

Job Duties:
- Perform lab procedures and testing for dairy slurry and powders
- Conduct experimental design and statistical analysis
- Create product formulations
- Engage in sensory evaluation of samples
- Document and report project progress
- Assist in team collaboration with R&D leadership
- Backup QA and R&D tasks as needed
