- Conduct compliance research and monitor changes in laws.
- Administer compliance monitoring and testing programs.
- Gather information for regulatory agencies and resolve complex compliance issues.
- Oversee training for compliance awareness and supervise junior associates.

Required Experiences:
- Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of compliance-related experience, or a High School Diploma with 12 years of experience.
- Knowledge of the legal and regulatory environment pertinent to the specific line of business.
- 10+ years of risk and compliance experience preferred.
