Job Summary:
Job Duties and Scopes:
- Configure, troubleshoot, and support Genesys Cloud CX solutions.
- Serve as the technical point of contact for cloud services.
- Mentor DevOps team on AWS and automation technologies.
- Conduct performance testing and chaos engineering for improvement.
- Document cloud architecture and participate in client audits.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Genesys Cloud CX and call flow development.
- Knowledge of HTTP requests, REST web services, and JSON.
- Strong technical problem-solving and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with MS Visio or similar editing tools (desired).
Required Experiences:
- Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience leading solutions implementation for Genesys Cloud CX.
- Availability for unscheduled hours during emergencies or outages.
