Job Summary:

Job Duties and Scopes:
- Manage a portfolio of business application projects for Commercial Lines.
- Oversee and lead a team of software engineers.
- Ensure alignment of solutions with business strategies.
- Monitor project scope, schedule, and budget.
- Train, supervise, and evaluate IT personnel.
- Participate in vendor software evaluation and implementation.

Required Skills:
- Leadership and interpersonal communication.
- Knowledge of design patterns and web-based technologies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
- Strong presentation and reporting skills.

Required Experiences:
- College degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Prior management experience in IT and hands-on application development.
- Experience in Property Casualty insurance is a plus.
