Job Summary:
1. Job Duties and Scopes:
- Diagnose robot issues via phone/email/chat.
- Create and manage Technical Support Log (TSL) tickets and CCM quotes.
- Provide advanced technical support and solutions to customers.
- Maintain TSL and phone call metrics, and support special projects.
- Mentor team members and demonstrate leadership in process improvements.
2. Required Skills:
- Proficient in reading technical documentation and PLC ladder logic.
- Extensive experience with FANUC robots and programming.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and FANUC ProPC products.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
3. Required Experiences:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering fields or equivalent experience.
- Minimum five years in customer service/customer interaction.
- At least eight years of experience in Robotics Integration/Installation/Service.
- Experience in mechanical/electrical/pneumatic troubleshooting and repair.
- Background in computer programming or PLC/robotic programming.
