Job Summary:
Job Duties:
- Create recipes and applications for product demonstrations for customer visits and trade shows.
- Follow culinary trends and present ideas to Sales and Marketing teams.
- Compound and blend flavor products as needed.
- Execute lab projects efficiently.
- Provide sensory support for product development and quality teams.
- Participate in tastings, sharing feedback, and sample creation.
- Assist in evaluation and approval of raw materials and finished goods.
- Organize and maintain new raw material samples.
- Maintain lab stock of commonly used ingredients.
