Job Summary:

Job Duties and Scopes:
- Oversee IT program portfolio, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
- Develop and implement PMO strategies and methodologies.
- Manage resource allocation and optimize team performance.
- Identify and mitigate program risks.
- Facilitate communication with stakeholders and report on program status.
- Improve program management processes and lead the program management team.
- Establish department policies and procedures.

Required Skills:
- Program management methodologies and tools.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Influencing and coaching abilities.
- Process definition and implementation.

Required Experiences:
- Proven IT program management experience.
- Track record in managing complex programs and leading PMO functions.
- Relevant certifications (PMP, Agile certifications) are preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or management; advanced degree preferred.
