Job Summary:
Job Duties and Scopes
- Develop ETL/ELT data pipelines using cloud tools and data warehousing for analytics and data science.
- Ensure production-ready releases focusing on data models and supporting pipelines for People Analytics insights.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and familiarity with ETL/ELT tools (e.g., Azure Data Factory).
- Strong problem-solving, data automation, and communication skills, with familiarity in programming languages (Python, R) and BI tools (PowerBI, Tableau).
Required Experiences
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field; 2+ years of relevant post-university experience.
- Experience in deployment processes and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, DevOps).
- Preferably experience in people or talent analytics, data engineering, or analytical consulting.
