Job Summary:
1. Job Duties and Scopes:
- Respond to compliance reports, investigations, and inquiries.
- Support UTHealth’s Institutional Compliance program to ensure adherence to laws and policies.
- Develop and coordinate compliance training programs.
- Maintain compliance records and documentation.
- Investigate and report on allegations of noncompliance.
- Collaborate on risk management and compliance projects.
2. Required Skills:
- Effective communication and analytical skills.
- Strong administrative skills with proficiency in Microsoft software (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Ability to analyze data and maintain data integrity.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.
3. Required Experiences:
- Minimum of 3 years in compliance, legal, or audit; or no experience with an advanced degree (JD, MBA, MPA) preferred.
