Job Summary:
1. Job Duties and Scope:
- Support strategic development, planning, and execution of eCOA projects.
- Facilitate project objectives, define meeting strategies, and manage documentation.
- Collaborate with leadership on operational oversight and project plans.
- Lead teleconferences and contribute to strategic planning activities.
- Prepare meeting agendas and support membership expansion.
2. Required Skills:
- Project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Problem-solving and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
3. Required Experience:
- 7-10 years of formal project management experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in public health, business, or related field (advanced degrees preferred).
- PMP or equivalent certification required.
