Job Summary:
Job Duties:
- Develop and present educational content (presentations, articles, case studies) to customers and insurance agents.
- Collaborate with various departments to design and execute training programs.
- Interface with brokers and clients to provide loss prevention and risk management advice.
- Mentor and train new internal employees and external brokers.
Required Skills:
- Excellent facilitation and presentation skills.
- Strong PowerPoint and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with webinar platforms (e.g., Zoom).
- Critical thinking, analytical, and organizational skills.
Required Experiences:
- Moderate to extensive experience in customer-facing, risk management roles within the construction design or legal industry.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Some travel (less than 30%) is required.
