- Lead and guide the DbOps Team
- Prioritize backlog and technical approach
- Collaborate with stakeholders
- Enhance database architecture and management
- Implement data security and integrity policies
- Track and improve DB SLAs (RPO and RTO)
- Automate processes and document changes
- Guide CD/CI processes
- Perform capacity planning
