Job Summary:

Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of auto insurance operations.
- Experience in data analysis and process mapping.
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SAS, SQL, or Python.
- Familiarity with IVR, Virtual Assistants, and machine learning tools.
- Knowledge of AWS cloud capabilities.
Required Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Prior experience with AI and machine learning in operations.
- Proven track record in improving call center processes.
