Job Summary:
Job Duties and Scopes
- Analyze customer interactions on multiple platforms to guide design and product development.
- Utilize sophisticated analytics (clustering, propensity modeling, causal inference) to understand customer behavior.
- Create data visualizations and storytelling to influence decision-making.
- Mentor fellow data scientists and host learning academies.
- Design, analyze, and interpret A/B experiments with statistical rigor.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in SQL, Python/R, and experience with visualization tools.
- Strong understanding of statistical concepts and measurement issues.
- Experience with ETL pipelines and scheduling (e.g., Airflow, Spark).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Required Experiences
- 4+ years of quantitative data analysis and experimentation experience, preferably in consumer-facing products.
- Background in a quantitative field (mathematics, engineering, statistics, finance).
- Proven ability to translate business questions into statistical techniques and actionable insights.
