Job Summary:
Job Duties and Scopes
- Manage and optimize email channel and digital operations for Global Campaigns and Tier 1 events.
- Collaborate with various marketing teams and stakeholders to enhance digital experiences.
- Drive customer engagement strategies across digital channels.
- Implement targeting, customer segmentation, and test plans for campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize for better results.
- Support localization efforts for international campaigns.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in email marketing, particularly lifecycle/nurture programs.
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools (Marketo preferred).
- Experience with Salesforce and data visualization tools.
- Strong analytical skills with data assessment capabilities.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, macros, etc.).
Required Experiences
- 2+ years of professional marketing experience (non-internship).
- 1+ years of experience in email engagement programs.
- Experience with cross-functional global team collaboration.
