Job Summary:
1. Job Duties and Scope:
- Assist the Director of Digital Marketing with multiple digital initiatives.
- Manage website development, optimization, email marketing, and SEO.
- Ensure alignment of internal and external teams on projects.
- Maintain databases and content using a CMS.
- Develop project briefs and document new developments.
- Build and report on marketing campaign performances.
2. Required Skills:
- Proficient in Excel and knowledge of CMS and SEO.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of HTML is a plus.
- Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Chrome Dev Tools, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
3. Required Experience:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- At least two years of experience in digital marketing.
- Experience with content management systems and email marketing preferred.
