Job Summary:
Job Duties
- Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for Workday HCM processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement new processes.
- Configure and maintain the Workday HCM module.
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical support.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement within Workday HCM.
- Contribute to the development of the Workday HCM product roadmap.
- Manage project planning and implementation for HCM projects.
- Build relationships with stakeholders and communicate project progress.
