Job Summary:
Job Duties and Scopes:
- Implement and use pathology whole slide image analysis tools.
- Collaborate on research strategies for pre-clinical and clinical programs.
- Analyze pathology images to support translational research across various therapeutic areas.
- Coordinate stakeholders and supervise junior researchers.
- Present findings from image analysis projects internally and at external conferences.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in programming languages (Python, R).
- Experience with data analysis tools (Jupyter Notebooks, Pandas).
- Knowledge of pathology image analysis software packages (HALO, Visiopharm, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
Required Experiences:
- Bachelor's Degree with 8+ years, Master's with 6+ years, or PhD with 4+ years in relevant fields.
- Experience in digital pathology analysis and developing deep-learning workflows preferred.
- Proven track record of scientific leadership through peer-reviewed publications.
