Job Summary:
1. Job Duties and Scopes:
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Manage engineering projects and oversee sprint releases.
- Create and analyze business requirements and project timelines.
- Drive team execution and communicate with management and stakeholders.
- Resolve project conflicts and maintain high performance.
- Conduct post-mortem analyses to improve productivity.
- Maintain project data in management software (e.g., JIRA).
- Support product owners in managing team dynamics and priorities.
2. Required Skills:
- Scrum Master certification.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in project management software.
3. Required Experiences:
- Bachelor’s degree with 10 years of relevant experience.
- Minimum 4 years as a Scrum Master within DoD/military industry.
- Active Top Secret security clearance.
