Job Summary:
Job Duties:
- Lead R&D team to enhance product quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (manufacturing, procurement, etc.).
- Conduct and review experiments on ingredients and products.
- Evaluate new ingredients and trends in the food industry.
- Run pilot scale equipment and perform plant trials.
- Develop and maintain laboratory test methods.
- Write detailed reports for analyses and experiments.
- Responsible for quality and food safety tasks.
