1. Job Duties and Scopes:
- Oversee new community launches and develop campaigns/signage to attract buyers.
- Organize and implement team events, sharing highlights on social media.
- Create, edit, and deliver effective marketing materials and advertising campaigns.
- Ensure company materials comply with accuracy and relevance standards.
- Customize marketing pieces for agents and assist with online profiles.
- Manage a team of 3 marketing assistants.
- Utilize various technology tools (e.g., Canva, MailerLight).
