Job Duties
- Provide post-sales support and solutions to Oracle customers.
- Resolve non-technical and technical customer inquiries via phone and electronically.
- Serve as a primary contact for customer relationships with Support.
- Research and develop solutions to customer issues independently.
Required Skills
- In-depth knowledge of cloud computing and networking.
- Experience with public-cloud platforms (OCI, AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong troubleshooting abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Required Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or relevant experience.
- 6+ years in Infrastructure or cloud-related fields.
- Prior experience in a technical support role.
