Job Summary:
1. Job Duties and Scope:
- Prepare and submit certificate applications; ensure compliance filing accuracy.
- Maintain regulatory compliance calendar for FERC reporting.
- Manage pre-filing projects and coordinate with Environmental and Engineering teams.
- Monitor FERC eLibrary for project filings and provide regulatory interpretations.
- Advise departments on compliance and deliver training on regulatory matters.
2. Required Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities and detail-oriented.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to multi-task and work independently with minimal direction.
3. Required Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years in Regulatory Affairs or a related field.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant area.
