Job Summary:
Job Duties and Scope:
- Lead Treasury Risk Control Self Assessments (RCSA) and issue identification.
- Develop and test key controls for Treasury-related processes.
- Manage issue resolution for regulatory and audit findings.
- Report on risk management activities to Treasury leadership.
- Support development of Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and reporting at various levels.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of risk management concepts.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Proficiency in governance and compliance reporting.
Required Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
- 10-12+ years in risk and controls functions, preferably in banking.
- Relevant certifications (CPA, CIA, CFA) preferred.
- Significant Treasury experience in liquidity and interest rate risk management.
