- Supervise/conduct structural analyses and designs
- Lead preparation of contract documents
- Design and rehabilitate hydraulic structures
- Perform engineering assignments requiring critical thinking
- Coordinate design with multi-disciplinary teams
- Project management and mentorship of junior staff
- Review work by others in the group
- Perform other duties as needed
