Job Summary:
Job Duties and Scope
- Develop, coordinate, and implement cybersecurity initiatives and policies across 18 Intelligence Community agencies.
- Serve as a cybersecurity strategic advisor for senior government leadership.
- Pair technical mission needs with achievable policy outcomes.
- Provide cyber, analytic, and systems engineering expertise to refine policies and develop cyber risk management activities.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of the Intelligence Community cybersecurity practices and cyber risk management.
- Familiarity with NIST RMF, NIST CSF, and related cybersecurity instructions.
- Experience with cybersecurity architectures and threat-based frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK.
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
Required Experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree; 8 years with a Master’s; or 5 years with a Ph.D.
- Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
- Demonstrated experience in Computer Network Defense and incident response.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity technologies, trends, and emerging capabilities.
