Job Summary:
Job Duties and Scope
- Lead safety culture and mentor staff on an injury-free environment.
- Manage preconstruction processes, including quantity takeoffs and bid development.
- Oversee project scheduling, risk analysis, and financial performance.
- Coordinate stakeholders and facilitate project meetings.
- Lead project closeout processes and maintain documentation.
Required Skills
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, project management software (e.g., CMiC), and scheduling software.
- Strong understanding of construction management fundamentals and Lean processes.
- Ability to build relationships and lead project teams.
Required Experience
- 10+ years of construction management experience.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
