Job Summary:
Job Duties and Scope:
- Monitor, evaluate, and maintain reentry programs and initiatives.
- Provide training and technical support to staff and offenders.
- Prepare and collect documents, data, and reports.
- Serve as project manager for technology and evidence-based programs.
- Conduct meetings and presentations; collaborate with various agencies.
Required Skills:
- Experience with Evidence-Based Practices in correctional settings.
- Proficient in program development, analysis, and evaluation.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
Required Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in human services or criminal justice and four years in correctional program management, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
